Udaipur's Palak Jain selected for National Math Olympiad
Palak Jain, a student of 12th grade at MDS School, has been selected in Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO) 2013. Palak is the only student from Rajasthan to get the position and one of the thirty three students in India to get selected in this prestigious examination.

INMO is organized by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education on behalf of National Board of Higher Mathematics (NBHM) of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE).
Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education is the nodal centre of the country for Olympiad programs in mathematics and sciences including astronomy. The program aims at promoting excellence in science and mathematics among pre-university students.
According to Dr. Nidhi Maheshwari, Principal, MDS Sr. Sec. School, “Palak has been very sincere and dedicated towards her studies and I am very sure that she will definitely do justice to her talent in forthcoming Board Exams, IIT and other competitive Exams”.
MDS Head Shailendra Somani also extended his best wishes to Palak for her achievement.
