Udaipur, February 18,2025 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the results for the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2024 exam will be declared soon. The provisional answer key was released in January 2025, and the final answer key and results are expected next at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Exam Dates and Provisional Answer Key
The UGC NET December 2024 exam was held on January 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 21, and 27, 2025. The provisional answer key was released on January 31, 2025, and candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections until February 3.

Objections and Fees
Candidates who wished to challenge the provisional answer key had to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200/- per question. The challenges will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts, and if any objections are found to be correct, the answer key will be updated accordingly. However, NTA has clarified that it will not notify candidates individually about the acceptance or rejection of their challenges.

Final Answer Key and Result Announcement
The final answer key will be used to prepare the UGC NET result. Along with the results, NTA will announce the subject and category-wise cut-off marks. Candidates can check the results and final answer key at the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, once they are released.
