Prof. Sushila Kaushik, former Vice-President, CBWM (Capacity Building of Women Managers) was the chief guest of the workshop which has been hosted by Department of English, MLSU.
Prof. Kaushik explained this scheme lead by UGC and benefits of enhancing the potentials of women on managerial positions.
The main organizer of the event, Prof. Sharad Shrivastav, Dean, College of Humanities and Social Sciences opinioned on uprooting the attitude of differentiating between males and females. He said, “Instead of this prejudiced attitude, one should work in the direction of women empowerment.”
Prof. Nafisa Hatimi, Local and Regional Coordinator, UGC welcomed the guests and presented the bits of the workshop. Dr. Meenakshi Jain, Associate Professor, Department of English coordinated the workshop.
