A two-day National Workshop on Amateur Radio Communications & Computer networks in Education (NW-ARCCNE – 2012) held in Techno India NJR Institute of Technology on 17th and 18th October, 2012.

The workshop was organized by Techno India NJR, Udaipur in association with National Institute of Amateur Radio (NIAR), Hyderabad, IEEE Computer Society India Council and IEEE Education Society Delhi Chapter and supported by TINJRT IEEE Computer Society Student Branch.

Miroslav Skoric, Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad Serbia, S. Ram Mohan, Director, NIAR, Rajveer Shekhawat, GM, Secure Meters, Mazher Hussain, Secretary, CSI Udaipur Chapter and Dr. Sorel Reisman (online presence), Past President 2011, IEEE Computer Society were the guests for the inaugural ceremony.

In the workshop, Miroslav Skoric explained various aspects of Amateur Radio and Digital Network and Ram Mohan delivered key note lecture on Amateur Radio. 150 delegates across the country including Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bhilwara, Alwar and other parts participated in the national workshop.  The workshop was organised under mentorship of Piyush Javeria, Chair, NW-ARCCNE who delivered the vote of thanks.
