Udaipur branch of Indian Accountancy Council organized a two day workshop on SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) today at the auditorium of University College of Commerce and Management Studies (UCCMS).

25 participants from various colleges took part in the workshop which will be concluding on 25^th June.

Professor G. Sorel, chief secretary and chairman of local branch of the council welcomed the keynote speaker Dr. Maninder Singh Pahwa.

Pahwa shortly described the key points of the workshop and described the utilities of SPSS software which is known as one of the best accounting management software.

Dr. Shurveer Singh Bhanawat, secretary of the local council also put forth his views on SPSS and said, “The software has simplified the complicated research work.”
