All the students came to school dressed up in distinct appearances in yellow color and yellow accessories as per the theme of the day. Tanishq Bomb came dressed up as a chef in yellow, a boy in the outfit of Bal Gopal, other kids dressed up in yellow frocks, skirts, shirt and t-shirts. Some of the kids had a garland of yellow flowers with them too.

Tiffin boxes were also in stuffed up with yellow colored eatables. One student from every class; one from pre nursery, 3 from nursery and 2 from LKG were given a prize for best dress and best lunch box.

As per the theme, the school was also decorated with beautiful flowers made out of chart paper. Following the ritual of Basant Panchami, the traditional Saraswati Vandana and hawan preceded the other events of the day.
