It is time for some more entertainment in Udaipur city. After adding to the series of adventure sports in Udaipur by means of zip lines, it was decided on Thursday that yet another zip line will be added to the city.

In a meeting of Municipal Corporation, it was decided to begin the 3rd zip line between Manikyalal Verma Park and Dindayal Upadhyay Park. This will provide yet another boost to Udaipur tourism. It may be noted that the first zip line was introduced at Phulwari ki Naal and the 2nd one at Biodiversity-Park.

The zip line will be made through PPP or P3 mode and various firms have been asked to submit their proposals for the zip line work. It was also decided to beautify the dividers at various points in the city. The committee members also stressed that the contracts of the organizations which are not taking care of the parks they have adopted must be cancelled with immediate effect.

The committee president also said that the contract of the Marudhara Gramin Vikas Bank regarding Sukhadia Circle must be cancelled as the bank has not taken care of the development work even at ground level. It was also decided to develop Mohta Park as the park is frequented by more than a thousand people every day. It needs to be cleaned on regular basis and garbage bins must also be kept in the park.
