What was intended to portray a Bollywood masala movie, a fun and frothy event rapidly took an uglier turn when it sparked communal tensions and public personal attacks against the movie's stars of the movie Pathaan. Pathaan Controversy grabbed the attention of many people and now since the movie has been released its craze is overwhelming to see among the people.  

The major lead actor in Siddhart Anand's crime thriller Pathaan is Sharukh Khan, a well-known actor of Bollywood. The film’s  dialogue and plot screenplay were written by Siddharth Anand, Shridhar Raghavan, and Abbas Tyrewala. John Abraham and Deepika Padukone are the other two primary leads in the movie. 

Hailed as SRK's long-awaited five-year return to the big screen. Despite all the negative attention the movie has received, Pathaan is without a doubt one of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2023. The song "Besharam Rang" has been the buzz of the town ever since it was released on December 5, 2022, for illogical reasons. 

While viewers were delighted to see King Khan in action after so long, as well as Deepika Padukone's saffron-colored monokini sparked controversy since many people believed it offended their religious sensibilities. It rapidly attracted the attention of the boycott movement online as well as politicians showing hatred against the film. Social media was flooded with calls to boycott the movie. It is alarming that SRK, a liberal secular actor who has won widespread praise for his work, is nevertheless the target of criticism for irrelevant reasons. 

Pathaan, played by Sharukh Khan, is an ex-armyman who became an undercover spy. Jim is his worst enemy (John Abraham). The script is fantastical, but it has a lot of star power and elegance. Salman Khan appears in the film as a cameo. 

Action sequences are international level. Watching the fight between SRK and John Abraham is worth watching. The YRF Spy universe reunites Karan and Arjun to offer you the legendary "Bhai meets the Badshah" whistle moment. Pathaan has all the makings of a masala potboiler, including a classic good-versus-bad conflict and, most crucially, Sharukh Khan, a skilled fighter both on and off-screen. 

SRK once in an interview said “If intolerance in India increases, India will be pushed into the dark ages.” 

Before the film's release, a total of 5.21 lakh tickets were reserved in advance, shattering the previous record set by K.G.F Chapter 2. This put the film in second place after Bahubali 2: The Conclusion. 9000 screens around the world are showing it, with 5000 showing it in India and 450 showing Tamil and Telugu versions. 

As the controversy around the film has started to fade, expectations from the audience for it have multiplied tenfold. The rise in the number of bookings made in advance that Pathaan has seen serves as evidence of this. People are appreciating the film and each actor's performance including famous Bollywood personalities. 

Anurag Kashyap, who was smiling, told reporters outside the theater that he had never before seen Shah Rukh so stunning. He added that Shah Rukh has never performed action sequences as well as he did in Pathaan. 

Katrina Kaif also gives a shoutout to Pathan said "My friend Pathan is on a dangerous mission” 

The audience gave the movie Pathan an outstanding review rating. The movie got 7 out of 10 IMDb rating. 81% people liked this movie.
