"Padmavat" was opposed nation wide by the Rajput community due to the wrong characterisation of the Rajput community. Now the movie "Panipat" is facing public oppsition. 

Jat community of Udaipur has expressed agitation over defaming the then king Maharaja Surajmal in the latest movie "Panipat".

Country wide protests demand banning the film as it is creating a negative impact on the ruler of those times. The movie reportedly shows king Maharaja Surajmal as greedy and jester like.

This has aggrieved the Jat community and they have declared that they will not allow the screening of the film anywhere.

A showdown will be done regarding this at Collectorate on Tuesday.
