Beend Banunga Ghodi Chadunga was launched in Jaipur few days back by Imagine TV. The show is going to start from 28^th March 2011 at Monday to Thursday 9:00PM only on Imagine TV.

Continuing the promotion, the lead casts of Beend Banunga Ghodi Chadunga (BBGC) was in Udaipur today.

In a 2 hour press conference held at Hotel Hilltop, the cast Jaishree, Anuj Thakur, Nausheen Ali Sardar and Khyati Khandke has addressed the media personnel by introducing and explaining the story of BBGC and their respective roles in this family drama. Saurabh Tiwari – Head of Programming- Fiction (Imagine TV) was also present in the conference.

The story of BBGC is based on the lives of two people who belong to different Marwari families. The lead role of Jaishree (Sarika in the role) belongs to a middle class Marwari family, she has her own dreams regarding her life and career; she wants to become a doctor.

While the lead actor Anuj Thakur (Jai in the role) belongs to a rich Marwari family who has a joyful life and his only dream is to get married.

Jai and Sarika meet at an interesting point of life where Sarika was on the edge of her career and Jai started loving her, they both get married though out of the wish of Sarika and the story begins. It focuses on how a career concerned middle class girl try to balance her duty as a wife and daughter in law and at the same time also as a college going student who cope up with the firm customs of society . She only wish to get support from her husband.

Kkusum fame Nausheen Ali Sardar (in the role of mother of Jai) said in a conference, “it is my comeback on silver screen and I believe that the year 2011 will be a very important year of my career, beend banunga ghodi chadunga is the best opportunity I got.”

It is a great family drama which focus on traditional society and its fanatics.

Jaishree said, “I am very excited about this show, also because I am a newcomer in this field I cross my fingers , I am thankful to imagine TV for trusting on my abilities and giving me a chance. Jaipur is like a second home for us because we enjoyed a lot while shooting in Jaipur.”

Anuj Thakur said, “I believe that my role is very sensitive in this show, it show different important aspects of male oriented society, it is my toughest character.”

The crew and production team of Imagine TV are very optimistic about their new show BBGC, it would be a new concept apart from the traditional “saas-bahu” formula which hits the silver screen from many years. Let’s see how viewers will react?
