Under the banner of Alok Sanskar Vision Films and Alok Audio Visuals Private Limited, a movie ‘Maharana Pratap: The First Freedom Fighter’, has completed after 5 years of hard work and is ready for pan-Rajasthan release on October 12, 2012.

Producer of the film, Dr. Pradeep Kumawat said that this has been a first of its kind of an attempt when a movie has been made with the help of many social organizations.

Movie, as its name suggests, is on the life of great warrior, Maharana Pratap. Leading characters of Maharana Pratap and Akbar are played by Narayansingh Sisodiya and Kuldeep Chaturvedi respectively. 5000 students of Alok Organization Udaipur also played various roles in the movie.

Pradeep Kumawat said that the movie has been made in High Definition (HD) and they have put in great efforts, particularly in the background music and foreground playlist, for a better movie experience.

Among the many highlights of the movie, the one which really stands out is its playlist, in which, two of the songs have been sung by Roop Kumar Rathore and one by Late Jagjit Singh.

Kumawat said that it is a period film and we have tried our best to keep the history intact. “We have in fact tried to clear some of the misunderstandings about Pratap”, said Kumawat.

The movie will be premiered on October 11 for the reputable guests and will be released on October 12 in several cinema halls in Rajasthan. In Udaipur, it will be released in Ashoka and PVR cinema halls.
