Irshad Turned Old Wooden Gate to Art Board
Syed Irshad Ali, an emerging young artist of Udaipur has once again chosen an unusual way of presenting his concern over upcoming metro culture in Udaipur ( we had featured one of Irshad's art work before). Irshad has done his masters in fine arts from Bengaluru and while living there he felt strong impact of modern culture over emotional balance of people may it be in name of brand conscious, shopping mall attraction, discos or pubs.
He has painted Mewar styled old wooden Gates of Udaipur in contemporary manner. Irshad has used flakes of dry acrylic paint to depict dried emotions with changing time and behavior. Traditional wooden doors painted in modern style portray fusion of old with new, a common point where we exist. He chose gates to demonstrate his ideology so that message reaches out to common people.
Painting these gates is a small step of Syed Irshad for carrying a large message, soon he will paint hoardings to display them in public places. We congratulate Sayed Irshad for his innovative approach and art.To join us on Facebook Click Here and Subscribe to UdaipurTimes Broadcast channels on GoogleNews | Telegram | Signal
