Recently, news surfaced about new complications regarding the film. Indian media reported that the future of the film was uncertain due to investment issues. Krrish 4 is expected to cost ₹700 crores to produce, and no production company was willing to invest such a large amount.

However, the latest news confirms that Krrish 4 is moving forward despite these uncertainties. According to American film media Variety, the film will be co-produced by Rakesh Roshan and Aditya Chopra of Yash Raj Films.
