The past one week has seen two Bollywood movies and now a television serial launch happen in and around Udaipur.

Interestingly, saas-bahu focused serial, Ek Bhram-Sarvagun Sampanna, had its launch scene shot in Saas-Bahu temple situated at Kailashpuri near Udaipur. The temple is named Sahastra Bahu but commonly known as Saas-Bahu temple.

The launch scene of Ek Bhram-Sarvagun Sampanna saw the lad actress Shrenu Parikh (screen name: Jhanvi Mittal) doing aarti in the temple. On the choice of location (Saas-Bahu temple) for the launch shoot, Shrenu said, “1000-year-old temple is an iconic symbol of the relationship between a daughter and mother-in-law, which is exactly what our show thrives on too.”

The show is set to go on air on April 22 on Star Plus and will be telecast at 7pm from Monday to Friday. Shrenu is paired opposite Zain Imam in the show.
