The premier of film ‘Gangaur’ was held today on the occasion of Mewar’s cultural festival.

Directed by Dr. Vishnu Prakash Mali and performed by Jitendra Mali, the film was premiered at the community hall of Mali community in the joint association of Rajmali Samaj Gangaur Mahotsav Samiti and Mali Samaj Pragati Sangh.

While addressing, Mahaveer Bordia said, “The film is praise worthy attempt to present the rich culture of Mewar through Gangaur Festival. The lead actor of the film, Jitendra Mali was honored by Jagdish Khamnora.”

Dr. Vishnu Mali, director and producer of the film said that film sheds light on the ancient traditions and also on archaeological and historical aspects related with the festival.

Audiences also praised the film and admired the initiative by the team. The film will be send to International Film Festival soon.
