Hollywood actor Richard Gere arrived in Udaipur yesterday on 13^th Feb for the shooting of the film “The Best Exotic Marigold hotel 2.’ The shooting started at Khempura Rawla Resort and will continue till 7^th March.

Apart from Richard Gere who is a new addition in the film, the crew is comprised of Judi Dench, Tom Wilkinson, Maggie Smith, Dev Patel, Tina Desae and Lilette Dubey. The first part of the sequel was also shot in Udaipur.

According to media reports, large number of locals were gathered outside the resort at Khempura to see the shooting. Actor Richard Gere shot few scenes with other actors yesterday.
