Udaipur, May 3, 2025: Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's chemistry is well known. Deepika began her Bollywood journey with the film Om Shanti Om opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Later, they worked together in Chennai Express, Happy New Year, and Pathaan. Deepika also made a guest appearance in Shah Rukh’s film Jawan.

Whenever they get the chance, Shah Rukh and Deepika praise each other. The same happened at the WAVES event in Mumbai. Shah Rukh Khan spoke warmly about Deepika and also shared his thoughts on her new identity. The World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit was held at Mumbai earlier this week.

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone were seen together on the same stage. On this day, Shah Rukh praised Deepika and said she will be wonderful in the role of a mother on screen.

Shah Rukh said, "I want to say something personal. I don’t know if I’m crossing a line by saying this, and I apologize if I am. She (Deepika) is now Dua’s mother. I believe she will be a great mother."

Deepika became the mother of a daughter on September 8 last year. Their daughter, Dua, was born then. Since that time, the actress has been on maternity leave.

Shah Rukh and Deepika to Reunite on Screen Again?

There are reports that Deepika will soon return in front of the camera, once again opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh is working on his new film The King, where Deepika will play a special role. The film also stars Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.
