The pandemic era has taken away employment from lakhs of people. From the local employments to the tourism industry, everyone is suffering. More so, the entertainers like the stage artists are craving to get back into their roles and waiting desperately waiting for new “unlock” rules to come up for the entertainment industry.

There was news about the unlock of the entertainment industry in October, but with the rise in pandemic cases the unlock guidelines for this industry was withdrawn. The artists are now desperate to get back on stage.

As per reports, the artists are keeping their fingers crossed and rehearsing in Lok Kala Mandal following all the mandates to stay safe. Their practices have commenced  so as to remain perfect and not spend too much of time on rehearsing later when the unlock brings them hope and happiness.

The artists are wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and as informed by the director of Lok Kala Mandal, performances will begin as soon as new guidelines are received. The puppeteers are also rehearsing and all folk dancers are enthusiastic about the rehearsals. Hoping that the new guidelines allow the artists to perform and the suppressed artists in them will once again bloom.
