The toy-train in Gulab Bagh meant for the children will now be operated on the old track. The new track requires cutting a lot of trees which is not an appropriate step as it disturbs the environment. Only one tree will be required to be transferred elsewhere. 

The garage committee had a meeting on Thursday regarding the toy-train wherein it was decided that the train will be operated on the old track. A map of the new track was also presented the decision of which has been postponed after inspection of the site. 

It may be noted that efforts are being made for a new toy-train on a new track for which the board had even gone to Ahmedabad, but after all the discussions it was decided to run the train on the older track. 

The toy-train has been a centre of attraction for the local public as well as the tourists. There have been plans of development so that the attraction also increases tourism and that the children can enjoy their trip to Gulab Bagh.
