2nd Edition of The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance Concludes at Udaipur
The Oberoi Concours at Udaipur showcased rare vintage motorbikes and automobiles from across the globe
Udaipur, February 23, 2026: The second edition of the Oberoi Concours d’Elegance was held at The Oberoi Udaivilas from February 20–22, 2026, marking another milestone in India’s luxury automobile heritage calendar. The inaugural 2024 edition was met with resounding success, and the 2026 showcase elevated the event to even greater global prominence.
The Oberoi Concours brought together an exciting international assemblage of antique and classic automobiles and motorcycles dating back to the early 20th century. The event celebrated craftsmanship, luxury, design excellence, and automotive heritage.
The festivities began with the exclusive Oberoi Tour d’Elegance, where participating vehicles were driven around the iconic Fatehsagar Lake, offering residents and tourists a spectacular preview before arriving at the grand venue.
Rare Vintage Motorcycles on Display
The 2026 edition featured 31 rare vintage motorcycles, including:
- A century-old AJ Stevens motorcycle
- A Kinetic that famously crossed the Sahara
- Early 1930s motorcycles
- Pre-war machines influenced by wartime engineering
- Iconic classics from the 1940s and 1960s
Classic Cars That Stole the Spotlight
Among the prestigious automobile collection were:
- A 1951 Bentley Mark VI (post-war European classic)
- BMW Classic 3.0 CSL
- 1969 Capri MK1 Ford
- 1948 Alfa Romeo
- 1929 Bugatti
- 1968 Lotus Cortina Ford
The event’s distinguished steering committee included:
- Arjun Oberoi, Executive Chairman of EIH Ltd
- Manvendra Singh Barwani, founding member of the Vintage and Classic Car Club of India and curator of the 2024 edition
- Sandra Button, Chief Judge and Chairperson of the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance
