104th Birth Anniversary of Pt. Janardan Rai celebrated
The 104th birth anniversary of educationist and founder of JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University Pt. Janardan Rai Nagar was celebrated in which National Book Trust President Baldev Sharma had graced the occasion with his presence as the chief speaker.

“Pt Nagar besides being an educationist, multi-linguist, social worker, poet, politician, journalist and orator, he was an excellent man with high ethical and humanistic values. He was one of the pioneers in Mewar region for bringing a revolutionary change in the mindset of people during the independence,” said Sharma.
The event was presided over by Dean B.L Gurjar, Vice Chancellor S.S Sarangdevot and registrar Prof C.P Agrawal expressed their views about the legacy of Pt. Janardhan Rai and his contribution towards the establishment of the university.
The celebration witnessed the presence of PG-Dean Prof Pradeep Punjabi, Prof G.M Mehta, Dr. Harish Sharma, Dr. Suman Pamecha, Dr. Jeevan Singh Kharakwal, Dr. Hemshanker Dadhich, Dr. Manish Shrimali, Dr. Manju Mandot, Dr. Sunita Singh, Dr. Shailendra Mehta, Dr. Dharmedra Rajora and many others.
