Celebrating ‘Rashtriya Ekta Divas’ and centenary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, 1100 students participated in ‘Run for Unity’ today.

Students from Guru Govind Singh Sr. Sec. School and Residency Girls Sr. Sec. School participated in the event. The ‘Run for Unity’ began from Mohta Park and concluded at Bhandari Darshak Mandal, covering Chetak Circle.

The run was flagged off by newly appointed Div. Commissioner, Bhawani Shankar Detha. Band of Mewar Bheel Corp rocked their tunes during the event.

Concluding the event, students pleaded for national unity and harmony.
