The 10-day of Diwali Dussehra Mela started on 25^th Oct with series of dance and singing performances by local artists. Program was inaugurated by Raas Bihari Sharan, priest of Asthal Mandir and the chief guest was Subodh Kumar Agarwal, divisional commissioner of Udaipur.

29 local artists showcased their dancing and singing skills. The program started with Bharatnatyam presentation by Ushambika R.

Bhaumika Shrimali, Parikshit Shrimali, Temperature Group – Fusion Dance, Neha Kumawat , Kushi Paliwal, Rajesh Vaishnav, Vidhi Meena, Imran Khan, Pooja Bhoi – Rajasthani Dance, Deepak Sharma, Anjali Verma, Rahul Salvi, Vishal Kumawat, Vijay Swami Group, Sonal Bhavsar – Dance, King Group – Dance and Mumuksha Sharma.

Artists who showcased singing talent

Yatarth Upadhyay, Tabassum Banu Sheikh, Divya Pujari & Darshana Pujari, Mehraaj Banu – Bhajan, Kapil Gaud, Anant Jain, Tanuja Kalamat, Durgesh Kumar & Piyush, Bhupendra Menaria and Firoz Khan.

Top officials of Municipal Corporation including Mayor – Rajni Dangi, vice Mayor – Mahendra Singh Shekhawat, Commissioner – Himmat Singh Barath and Mela coordinator- Hemlata Sharma were present on the occasion with all local corporators.
