24-hour cycling and running record-Mewari Runners and Udaipur Cycling group
Mewari Runners and Udaipur Cycling group create a record of 24-hour running and cycling in "Pedal for a cause" campaign.
Mewari Runners, Udaipur and Udaipur Cycling Group went ahead with their zeal for helping the poor and the needy. Following this, under “Pedal for a cause” campaign, the 2 teams created a record by cycling and running for 24 hours at Fatehsagar which included children as well.
The campaign lead by Jitendra Patel gathered a good amount which was willingly donated by the aware public of Udaipur. This donation amount will be utilised for buying blankets and sweaters for the poor people who are unable to afford protection in winters. Hats off to the spirits of these teams who think about others instead of wasting time in meagre activities… The aim was to collect funds for 100 blankets but luckily they collected funds for around 200 blankets.
