NCC Cadets and Scouts will give the Guard of Honor to the Chief Guest
Udaipur 27 August: Preparations for the 28th State Level Bhamashah Samman Samaroh at Udaipur are in full swing and are in the final stages. This is the first time that this event is being organised outside Jaipur and the invitations have been released from 28 August. The Dy Director of Information and Public Relations Office has been instructed to release the media invite as well.
Nodal Officer and Joint Director School Education, Mahendra Kumar Jain said that the members of the various committees finalizing the preparations for the Bhamashah Samaroh worked right through Sunday and Janmashtami holiday on Monday, 25-26 August.
Jain said that vehicles have been arranged to bring Bhamashah's and motivators from their residence to the event venue, and bookings have been made for the accommodation of guests and Bhamashahs and motivators in RTDC Hotel Kajri, Sukhadia University Guest House, Hotel Bhagwat, Hotel Devdarshan Guest House from 31 August to 1 September.
The work of distributing invitation cards to the guests will begin on 28 August and ADPC Samagra Shiksha Virendra Singh Yadav, will be the in-charge of the invitation card distribution committee. Jain also oversaw the preparations of welcome song, Ish Vandana and other cultural programs at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Bhupalpura. Additional District Education Officer Narendra Tank said that as part of the preparations for the Bhamashah Samman ceremony, NCC Cadets and Scout team have started practice under the guidance of NCC in-charge Dr. Bharti Sharma to give a Guard of Honor to the Chief Guest.
According to in-charge Dr. Bharti Sharma, 50 cadets of NCC, 25 of Hindustan Scout and Guide and 25 volunteers of Bharat Scout and Guide will give their services in the ceremony. Sharma said that the NCC cadets were piloted and practiced to take the Chief Guest from the welcome gate to the stage and in distributing the mementos to the Bhamashahs on the stage. The work on the Souvenir has been done by the printing committee, which has been sent to Bikaner Director's Office for approval before publication.
The program management committee, prize distribution committee and reception committee made their respective preparations at the venue. Joint Director Mangilal Menaria, member and private secretary of the publicity committee, said that formal letters have been sent by the Joint Director's Office to the Joint Director and Deputy Director, Information and Public Relations Office, Udaipur, for complete coverage in print and electronic media before and on the day of the program.
