Mewar Mahotsav is celebrated in Udaipur region, a festival that marks the advent of spring season. The festival witnesses enthusiastic participation of citizens of Mewar as it is an integral part of Udaipur’s tradition and culture. The city becomes more colourful than ever during this festive period.

This year 2019, Mewar Mahotsav will be celebrated from 8^th April to 10^th April. Day 1 of the festival will have the royal Gangaur processions which will go upto Gangaur Ghat. There will be loads of cultural programmes for 3 days. A rural haat bazaar will also be an attraction in this festive season.
