A cross country vintage car rally of European Cars, organised by The Imperial Hotels, New Delhi, reached Udaipur today. The convoy comprised of around 18 vintage cars belonging to the period of 1920’s to 1960’s. They travelled through various districts of Rajasthan, promoting adventure tourism in India.

The caravan started off from Delhi on 9^th March, and visited various districts of Rajasthan including Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Devgrah. It finally concluded their journey in Udaipur today.

These vintage rally included models of Jaguar, Bentley, Ferrari, Mercedes, Ford Mustang and Porsche varying in make years between 1925 and 1965.

According to Arun Deopura, Spokesperson of The Imperial, all these cars are European and were driven by their owners throughout the route. Motto behind this rally is to explore possibilities of Adventure Tourism in India.

Arun added that soon after reaching Udaipur, the cars have been sent to their respective nations, while the guests will leave by 23^rd March.
