ABVP hosts conference for Tribal Students
Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) organized a two day conference ‘Anubhav - 2014’ for tribal students who are pursuing professional courses in Universities.
Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) organized a two day conference ‘Anubhav – 2014’ for tribal students who are pursuing professional courses in Universities.
The program was inaugurated today at Vidya Niketan Senior Secondary School, sector-4 by T.C. Damor, vice chancellor of Tribal University.
Nearly 215 students from Rajasthan took part in this conference cum workshop which includes several sessions based on education and professional counseling.
Keynote speakers included T.C. Damor and M.K Jain, who shared their views on current academic scenario and how to develop society.
All student participants were from tribal areas of Rajasthan. Students who performed exceptionally well in academics will be honored tomorrow.
Vishnu Paliwal, ABVP member informed, “22 students will be honored on 3rd March, last day of the event. The prestigious award ‘Eklavya’ will be given to Himani Vairagi, 12th passed student from Kanor. Himani has been listed in merit.”
The basic motto of the program is to connect students from their native land and society so that they can utilize their knowledge and education to develop their own society.
