“Kavyotsava-2017”, an all India Kavi Sammelan will be organised at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal on 20-May. The event is being organised by Udaipur District Vaishya Mahasammelan.

The event is expected to host poets specialising in the genres of comedy, songs, ghazals and other manisfestations of poetry.

Anil Nahal, President of Udaipur District Vaishya Mahasammelan informed that noted poet Ved Vrat Vajpayee, Vishnu Saxena from Aligarh, Arun Jaimini from Delhi and Rakesh Sharma from Badnawar will be entertaining the audience. Manju Dixit will present the romantic side of poetry for the audience. The programme will be anchored by poet Prakash Nagori.

Dileep Surana and Anil Agarwal, Organisers of the event inforemed that the event will start at 7:30 pm. State Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, Higher Education Minister Kiran Maheshwari, ex-Home Minister Shantilal Dhariwal will also be present along with other eminent personalities.
