Club LOL! , a youth club of the city, organized an informal lecture on the Indian Economy at Vigyan Bhawan today. The key note speaker of the lecture was Anupam Bhargava, an economist.

Bhargava addressed 200 club members, discussing with them various aspects of Indian Economy such as corruption, inflation, black money and foreign exchange.

Bhargava also provided insight on different spheres of Indian Economy as he answered questions that were posed by the audience.

In the beginning of the session, Chief Guess for the program Vineet Baya, Director P.T. education, introduced the club members to the concept of LML (Load Mat Lo).

CA Sanjay Chandalia presented Anupam Bhargava a collage prepared by club members after the economist concluded his lecture.

“Within last six months club’s membership has crossed the two hundred mark and is expected to reach five hundred by the end of this year,” said Ketan Jain, a trustee of the club. “This is the sixth activity of the club in the last six months. The club organizes a meeting every month.”

Club LOL! , is an initiative by CA Siddharth Singhvi, Gunjan Porwal, CA Ketan Jain, Kritika Singhvi and Anshul Pandey.
