Ashwini Bhide spellbounds in Rang

Four days exhibition and workshop on the occasion of Holi which was held under the aegis of Maharana Mewar Charitable Trust concluded on Tuesday at the City Palace. In the evening a programme was organized at Manak Chowk of The City Palace in which Ashwinin Bhide Deshpande of Atroli Gharana from Jaipur presented her classical singing.

Four days exhibition and workshop on the occasion of Holi which was held under the aegis of Maharana Mewar Charitable Trust concluded on Tuesday at the City Palace. In the evening a programme was organized at Manak Chowk of The City Palace in which Ashwinin Bhide Deshpande of Atroli Gharana from Jaipur presented her classical singing.

In her presentation Deshpande admired the festival of colors, Holi and spellbound the audience by her melodious voice. Suryakant Sarve, Atmaram Bichovalekar and Prasad Upadhyay accompanied her with various instruments.

In the color exhibition a painting titled ‘Radha Krishna Khele Holi’ was presented to the Chairman and main Trustee of the Foundation, Shreeji Arvind Singh ji Mewar. The painting was made by Rewa Shanker Sharma, Rajaram Sharma and Lalit Sharma.

All the artists and classical singer were felicitated by the Foundation.

The programme was attended by Shreeji Arvind Singh ji Mewar, Lakshya Raj singh Mewar, Padmaja Kumari Mewar, Dr. Kush Singh Parmar, Hemendra Singh Baneda, former MP and a large number of music and art lovers.

The artists were introduced in the beginning of the programme by Divya Bhatiya, Artist Director of Eternal Mewar Festival.
