The Annual Management Fest of Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur, Solaris ’20-21is to be held in partnership with Secure Meters and in association with FiveSDigital on 9-10 January, 2020. The pre-event of the fest, Inquizition 2.0, was organized on 3rd January, 2020.

On this occasion, IIMU hosted 50 students from 9 schools across India, namely St Mary's Senior Secondary School, The Scindia School, St.Anthony's Sr.Sec.School Udaipur, Bishop Scott Boys' School, Sanskriti School, Ryan International School, Indo American Public School, DPS Udaipur and Meridian School Hyderabad. The event was held online and saw active participation of the students.

There were some competitions that were held, and the students participated in events such as GK quiz, Debate competition and Spelling Bee. The winners of these competitions were felicitated in a grand prize distribution ceremony, in front of their peers and schoolmates and were awarded prizes worth Rs 50,000. They were also enthralled by a musical performance, a dance performance and a short play, all performed by the students of IIMU. There was also 2 workshops conducted by PETA and Calido.

The aim of this pre-event “Battle of Minds” was to engage the students by providing them with an enlivening environment and bring out the talents rooted deep within them.

Solaris, the annual management fest of IIM Udaipur, began 6 years ago, with an objective to help the students of IIMU meet and interact with the leaders and corporate leaders belonging to various companies and fields. Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur has always been committed towards the holistic growth of its students and aims to groom the leaders of the future.
