Eminent cartoonist and writer from Mumbai Abid Surti showcased his creative sketching talents to students at the National Book Fair organized by JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and National Book Trust, New Delhi. As a cartoonist, he said that patience, hard work, determination and focus are imperative to succeed. With a pencil in his hand, he created many characters on the board and motivated kids to explore this field. Vice Chancellor Prof S.S. Sarangdevot informed that at the session dedicated to Swami Vivekanand, writer Dr. Shekhar Sarkar and NBT’s Assistant Editor Dwijendra Kumar reflected on the life of Swami. Both the sessions were thoroughly enjoyed by the students and audience who attended the book fair.
