Christian community of Udaipur marked the Good Friday, a significant religious event in which the community members commemorated the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

The series of prayers started from 12 noon in Shepherd Memorial Church and continued till 3pm. A large number of people attended the prayers and an address by Vinay Anand from Jabalpur.

Samson Godwin, treasurer of the church committee informed, “Many people also observe fast that starts 39 days before Good Friday and the Easter will be celebrated on Sunday 20^th April.”
