The legendry artists were part of a program hosted by Idea Jalsa – Music for Soul, one of the largest Indian Music Concert Tour of 100 artists, which started from Vishakapattanam on Jan 20 this year and will cover 12 cities, with more than 50 different types of genres in Indian Classical Music.
The program started with Gayatri Mantra late in the evening today and was followed by various presentations by Pandit Ratan Mohan Sharma and Anup Jalota.
Pandit Ratan Mohan presented a marathon forty five minutes of classical singing and also sung the popular folk song “Banna re Baga ma….”.
The concert will be moving across the cities of Chandigarh, Agra, Surat, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Bhopal and Bangalore in the next 29 days.
