College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE) organized its 2 day TechnoFest 2011– Vibhav from 4-5^th March at CTAE Campus at Udaipur University.

Series of various competitions like debate, extempore, rangoli, quiz, counter strike, solo/group dance, solo/group song, one act play and fashion show for students of first year to final year were featured today on the last day of this Annual Function.

Dr. S.S. Chahal, Vice – Chancellor, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT) was the chief guest.

It was an amazing performance by students from the background of technical studies who are typically linked as most technical and studious. Be it drama, singing, dancing or playing musical instruments like tabla and guitar, every program presented was highly acclaimed by the over joyful crowd.

Special performances by Manvindar Arya and Nityanshu Ratnu added to the fun. Manvinder’s poem on college life won laurels whereas Nityanshu’s guitar made the audience wave their hands. Tabla performance by Harshit Bhardwaj was highly appreciated by everyone.

Entire event was managed by Students’ Union under the leadership of College President Sohan Singh Rajpurohit and was hosted by third year students Prachi Kapoor, Riddhi Chaplot, Amritanshu and Zunur Mehmood.

Dr. Chahal addressed the students and appreciated their efforts. He also encouraged the students to participate in the coming University Level Fest to be organized from 7-9 March. He was happy to see that students are not only dedicating their time to studies but also to their hobbies.
