On the second day of Gavri 2010 – Youth Festival organized by MLSU, participants from various Colleges presented Solo Dance and a Group Song Competition at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal. Seema Singh (Ashwariya College), Khubilal Menaria (Ex President MLSU) and Vijay Shrimali (Proctor Commerce Collge) were the Chief Guest for the day.

The program started at 12.30 pm as per schedule. Under the judgment panel of Shivangi Shrimali, Sheetal Shekhwat, Mamta Dhupia, Dr. Amrat Kavitkar and Kanika Sharma. Passion of students towards dance filled up crowd with energy and excitement. Dance performances included both western and classical dance forms. On one hand where western dance provoked the audience to dance along, at the same time classical dance with its complicacy made them enjoy the mix completely. As, Solo Dance and Group song were organized simultaneously, event became interesting. In Group Song, students sung perfectly with the Orchestra beats.

Over all the today’s event was a big success as people enjoyed to the maximum. Result of all the competitions will be declared tomorrow during concluding party
