The famous temple of Jagdish Chowk observed a special program prior to the festival of Holi where temple priests played Holi and offered Raj Bhog as a part of the religious custom.

Devotees expressed their joy with colors and singing songs expressly intended to celebrate the festival.

“From Basant Panchami till the 5^th day of Holi i.e. Rang Panchami, we organize programs in the temple,” informed a priest.

After Holi, every day for next five days at 1pm, the statue of Lord Khrishna will be kept on an adorned swing and Holi will be played in the temple premises.
