Divya, Avanish awarded Miss and Mr. CAcophony
The two day youth festival for CA students, CAcophony, conducted by the ICAI Udaipur concluded on 10th June at Lok Kala Mandal. There were fourteen events for the students to portray their skills, varying from cultural to literary to some unique competitions like Bend it like Bollywood and Catch the Catch.

There were fourteen events for the students to portray their skills, varying from cultural to literary to some unique competitions like Bend it like Bollywood and Catch the Catch.
The festival started on 9th June with various activities like Debate, Quiz cum Housie, Catch the Catch, Collage and X-Factor while the competitions on the final day were Mehendi, Face Painting, Bend it like Bollywood, solo-song, solo- dance, group-song, group-dance and fashion show.
The participation of the students was appreciable. More than four hundred students participated enthusiastically in the event. Avanish Nandawat and Divya Kavadia were voted as Mr. and Miss Cacophony ’12.
The competitions on the first day took place at ICAI Bhawan and the final day at Lok Kala Mandal.
CA Sangita Bordia, President CICASA, Udaipur Branch, while addressing the students told about CICASA (Central Indian Chartered Accountant Student’s Association) and it’s functioning and said that CAcophony-2012 is organized with the objective of taking CA students ‘Back to School’.
She further added that many CA students say that such competitions between their curriculum makes them stress free and refreshes them.
Nitin Vyas, Chairman CICASA was the chief guest for this festival. The show was hosted by Sidharth Singhvi.
