Dr Arvinder Singh, CEO and CMD of Arth diagnostics and Raahat Hospital conducted workshop on increasing the memory. The workshop was done with Indian Menopause Society in Geetanjali Medical College, Udaipur.

In this interactive workshop, various systems and tools of getting mega memory were explained. Dr Singh shared links system of memory, pegging system of memory and techniques of association formation. In this workshop it was demonstrated to medical fraternity that memory can be increased to many folds contrary to the belief that memory declines as age increases.

Dr Singh emphasized that with training tools and techniques anyone can learn and posses amazing memory.

In this workshop participants learned the technique of listening 20 items only once and remembering those in backward, forward and random order. In the workshop the mind power experiments were also done by demonstrating the power of psychic and mind-reading of the participants.

Dr Singh explained that healthy lifestyle also helps to improve memory and mind power. One should do regular aerobic exercises, take proper brain diet for example green tea, walnuts, flex seed, omega-3 etc. In this workshop the need for development of right and left brain was well explained which helps to improve functionality of mind.

Dr. Singh said that usually people use either left brain or right brain which leads to less utilization of brain and required harmony is not achieved. One must do both hands writing and hand eye coordination exercises especially juggling of balls for better mind power.

Dr Arvinder Singh is credited for designing, developing and patenting the mind power tool of SETP (Seven Effective Thinking Patterns). The tool is registered with the government of India and is published in various national and international publications for its efficacy to enhance intelligence and intellect.
