“Pro-Hire” , an Employability Enhancement Programme of Cambridge University UK was inaugurated at Hotel Alka today. The programme is run in association with Artistic Educare Quantum Career Academy, Jaipur.

“Industry is in search for competent professionals and on other side youth is looking for employment. Need of hour is to breach the gap between the two and lay foundation for better tomorrow” , said Prof B.P Bhatnagar ,Ex Vice Chancellor, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth(Deemed) University,Udaipur. Prof Bhatnagar was the Chief guest for the inaugural ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Dipin Mathur, Director of the programme said that it has been observed that there is a wide gap between student skill and industry requirement.He further added that the course shall keenly cater into the deficit aspect of students and shall groom them on different facets of personality and skill development.

The individual, thus groomed, shall have better job prospect and shall be a sought after person by the industry. As the course is skillfully designed with optional courses covering Aptitude, English Language, Communication Skills, Vertical (Industry) Knowledge, Horizontal (Job) Knowledge, Personality Development and Soft Skills.

Representative from Quantam Career Academy too briefed the gathering about sustainability and viability of the course. She said courses are designed to enhance the employability and effectiveness at the college and university stage.

At the end student queries pertaining to the course were addressed.
