West Zone Cultural Center presented cultural night on Wednesday at the Deepawali Mela 2015 in the presence of Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari and other dignitaries.

Press Committee’s President Hansa Mali informed that the evening started with welcoming of the guests including Tarachand Jain, Lalit Menariya, Ganesh Vyas, Ramesh Jingar, Karan Singh Shaktawat and Sushil Jain etc. followed by Ganesha Vandana.

Jagdish Menariya further informed that the event witnessed amalgamation of various folk cultures of India on one stage. The audience was enthralled to see a fusion of western and eastern dance forms followed by Siddhi Dhamal from west and Pung-Dhol-Cholam, Thang-Ta and Stick performances from North east.

Artists from 7 different states performed on the stage which included West Bengal, Haryana, Manipur, Maharashtra and Gujarat etc. The highlight of the show was Mayur Dance of Braj.
