Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University’s Computer Science and IT College celebrated its fresher’s party Logan-2013 today at Gajban Garden.

Director, Dr. Manish Shrimali told that on the occasion both seniors and juniors together enjoyed the party. Participants showcased Rajasthani, Punjabi, Fusion, Patriotic and remix themed dances.

Group dance, one act play were centre of attraction. Students of B.C.A. enacted a play on the theme of female feticide and girl child protection. Professor Sarangevot, Chancellor, rewarded the students who enacted the play with Rs. 5000 and a citation. He also added that co-curricular activities are also important for the overall development of a student.

Event convener, Dr. Pradeep Singh Shaktawat informed that B.C.A. student Tejesh Gandhi became Mr. Fresher and Sheena Vahid was crowned as Miss Fresher. Shubham Soni and Sulochna Rao of M.C.A. became Mr. and Miss Fresher respectively. And student of M.S.C. Ankita Dangi and student of P.G.D.C.A. Bina Sheikh became Miss Fresher.

On this occasion, Computer and I.T. Department’s Dr. Gaurav Garg, Dr. Dinesh Shrimali, Dr. Bharat Singh Devda, Sampat Rathore and Bahadur Singh Rathore along with students were present on the occasion.
