Human beings are always looking forward for success. Success has three pillars: power, fame and money. To achieve lasting success it is important that we set goals.

The power of goal setting programs our mind for success and gives clear direction and indications to achieve the desired results. Dr Arvinder Singh, CMD and CEO of Arth Diagnostics emphasised the ancient principles for achieving success with the amalgamation of current researches from high-end B schools including Harvard and Oxford.

He also shared the types of goals and methodology. The goals are of various types including personal, career, adventurous, contribution goals etc. The mind has got unique system known as Reticular Activating System (RAS) which transforms our thoughts into actions when clearly defined and measurable goals are given to him.

Dr Singh shared various studies from national and international forums in which it was well proven that the persons who had written, clearly identified goals achieved more than 10 times success than the persons who have no goals in life. For the goal setting one must make goal-book which contains clear statements of desire along with pictures and images. More vivid and persuasive goals we make, better are the chances that subconscious mind perceives it and transforms it into reality by the principle of Universal Intelligence.
