Hajj Pilgrims depart from Udaipur
Hajj Pilgrims from Udaipur have begun their journey to perform one of the most auspicious religious customs in Islam. The first group of pilgrims left for Jaipur on 17th Sept to take the flight to Mecca, Saudi Arabia while the second group proceeded on 19th Sept.

Zahiruddin Sakka, coordinator of Rajasthan State Hajj Committee 2014 informed that the first group that left on 17th has already reached the holy city of Mecca while the second group of 25 pilgrims will take the flight from Jaipur today i.e. 20th Sept.
A large number of people gathered at Udaipur City Railway Station to see off the pilgrims. The pilgrims were garlanded and wished a safe and successful pilgrimage.
