Famous Punjabi Musician and Singer Hans Raj Hans arrived today at Udaipur to perform in Punjabi Night, the last cultural show of the ongoing Dusshera Diwali Mela organized by Udaipur Municipal Council.

In the press conference held today at Inder Residency, Hansraj told that he will try to deliver a new tang of Sufi and Punjabi songs to the Udaipurites along with his other popular songs.

Making his debut from the famous song “Khali Dil Nai-ye Jaan Bhi Hai Mangda” of Kacche Dhage, Hans Raj gave many popular Punjabi and Sufi songs and contributed his music in movies like Bicchoo, Monsoon Wedding, Jodi no 1, Nayak, Shaeed, Bend it like Beckham, Black and White, Patiyala House and Mausam.

Hans told that he came last night from Pakistan performing at the Holy Shrine of Nanak Ram Saheb. He said that music knows no boundaries, and Sufi music is a music that blends each other with the feeling of love, peace and brotherhood. Hans learned music from renowned Music Director, Charanjeet Ahuja.

Hansraj also became vice president of a political party, Shiromani Akali Dal and said that if party insists then I have no hesitation in fighting an election. He added that Shukbir Singh Badal is his Ideal Politician.
