Udaipur city echoed with the sounds of Hare Rama Hare Krishna on Sunday morning when the first ever ISKCON Jagannath Rath Yatra procession was carried out. Entire path was full of flowers and devotees going emotional as Hare Rama Hare Krishna resounded. People of all ages swooned to the tunes of bhajans sung in praised of Lord Krishna. Many devotees had idols of Lord Krishna held on their heads.

The procession started from Townhall with systematic rituals. Before this the foreign devotes went from lane to lane singing Hare Rama Hare Krishna along with dholak. Rath Yatra route was Townhall to Surajpole,Bapu Bazar, Delhi Gate, Hathipole, Chetak Circle, Court Chouraha, back to Delhi Gate and ended in Townhall. People from various organisations welcomed the rathyatra at every point. Apart from Udaipur, ISKCON devotees from various cities like Jodhpur, Jaipur, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Mathura, Vrindavan were also present in this rath yatra.
