Health Plus organized a two days health awareness program on the occasion of ‘healthy life style awareness day’ at Celebration Mall, Udaipur. The program was organized on 16 -17 Feb to make people conscious of their own health.

On the occasion, Chief Guests Dr S V Nagar and Dr Pankaj Jain delivered speeches on health status, obesity, health risk factors, diabetes, cholesterol and heart diseases.

Director of Health Plus Awareness Point, Dr Mahendra Chaudhary said, “We made people aware of the effects of beer, smoking, unbalanced body postures, and other daily habits. We also gave people some health challenges to check their lungs, heart, abdominal muscles. With this program we intend to promote good health and regular physical activity”

In the end, a Health Quiz was also conducted and the winners were awarded with prizes.
