Home Science College Fest Concludes
Home Science College, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), marked its 47th College Fest with colorful cultural presentation by students. The program was organized under the direction of Vice Chancellor Prof. O.P Gill.

Samuel Mawunganidze in his short address encouraged the students of Home Science and said that women play strong role in country’s agriculture industry and that Home Science colleges and its students offer great help to female farmers of the country. Students presented several cultural and western style music and dance programs. The performances also included sensitive subject of female foeticide and spread messages on women empowerment. Ritu Medatwal (Best Outgoing Student), Umang Nigam (Best NSS Volunteer), Mamta Dhakad (Best N.C.C Student), Astha Khatri(Best Hosteler), Nishu kanwar(Literary Award) and Mamta Jat (Games and Sports) were honored. Sonal Chabra received Bhom Kumar Mehta Award and Shreya Mehta got Indira Priyadarshini Award. Dean of the College announced Padma Pushp Memorial Award for Anita Sen, Suman Yadav and Vimla Suman.
