Horse Riding Camp to Start Soon
District Administration will soon be starting Horse Riding Camp, especially for school students, and in general for anyone who wants to learn. Outline for the camp has been prepared by a committee under guidance of Mahesh Kapila, Director, Department of Animal Husbandry.
District Administration will soon be starting Horse Riding Camp, especially for school students, and in general for anyone who wants to learn. Outline for the camp has been prepared by a committee under guidance of Mahesh Kapila, Director, Department of Animal Husbandry.
According to Mahesh Kapila, there is no age limit for the learning enthusiasts. Horse riding sessions will be organized in two shifts (Morning and Evening) every day at Fateh Memorial ground.
He further informed that broadly two departments Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) and Tourism Department will be involved in the activity. UMC will allot permit to the horse breeders along with the basic amenities, whereas Tourism Department will look after bookings and other related work.
Final discussion on the proposal would be done in a meeting between UMC, UIT, Tourism and Education department on 5th May with District Collector. Fee structure and income distribution will also be discussed during the meeting.
